This beautiful bay stud colt arrived on March 24, 2009. He is sired by Real Gun, the 2004 AQHA Superhorse, earner of 473 AQHA points and $50,899. At age 4 and 5, Real Gun was the 2002 Ranch Horse Association of America National Finals Champion – undefeated, winning both the Junior and Senior qualifying classes, the preliminaries, and the Junior and Senior Finals (his first time to be shown in RHAA competition, and scoring an impressive 446 [a whopping 26 points over the over all Reserve Champion]); 2002 RHAA All-Around Champion; 2002 Oklahoma QHA High Point Junior Calf Roping Champion and High Point Junior Heeling Champion. As an aged horse, Real Gun was the 2004 NRCHA World Champion Limited Open Bridle Horse; 2004 NRCHA National Limited Open Bridle Champion; 2004 NRCHA Reserve National Open Bridle Champion; and 4th in the 2003 NRCHA World’s Greatest Horseman; Limited Open Bridle Finalist at the 2004 NRCHA Futurity.

The dam, Spooks Playmate, is an NCHA earner of $16,114.93 and one of our program’s matriarch mares. Spooks Playmate is a proven producer, having been the dam of; Chics Gray Starlight (AQHA ROM and World Show Qualifier); Spookin In Time (NRCHA money earner), and Pickup Chic (NRHA earner of $23,141.44). Spooks Playmate is a daughter of Grays Starlight and out of the mare, Lynx Playmate (by Docs Lynx). We have this colt’s full brother, Starlit Pistol (a 2-year-old) currently in training and are extremely pleased with his abilities thus far! Nominated to the NRHA Futurity & Derby Program and eligible for the Webster Incentive.
